     The Pine Creek Condos community was developed in 1996 as nine separate-buildings, three-stories each, totalling 72 units (2 and 3 bedroom)  situated on a little more than 8 acres. Pine Creek is in the foot hills of the beautiful mountains surrounding Park City, Utah, located in the lower Pinebrook area, just off of Interstate 80, west of Kimball Junction. Moose and deer roam freely throughout these hills. The grounds have a very private feel due to the many aspen trees surrounding the buildings.      Each building has three levels and the entrance to each home is via a common exterior breezeway, not a common interior hallway. Each home is a separate flat and is all on one level. There are three floor plans within the communiity: two models are 2-bedroom 2-bath layouts of between 1059 and 1117 square feet. There is also a 3-bedroom 2-bath floor plan measuring between 1264 and 1327 square feet, depending on where it is located in a particular building. The upper (third floor) condominiums have vaulted ceilings while the lower two floor units have 9' ceilings. The units share a mountain style finish with log accents. Residences have washer and dryer hookups, gas fireplaces and private balconies off the living rooms. Each condominium at Pine Creek has a separate one-car garage and is allowed unassigned parking for one other vehilcle. Pine Creek is only minutes to airports, Historic Main Street in Park City, several golf courses, the Olympic Park, ski resorts ( Deer Valley, Park City Mountain Resort, the Canyons and only a short drive to Alta, Snowbird, Brighton, Solitude and several others), fly-fishing and Outlet shopping are literally at your doorsteps!

 

The Pine Creek Condos have a very active Board of Directors, interested in protecting the investment of our owners, and has a very effective property management company, with an on-site resident manager on-duty, who cares for our common properties and our every owner concern and questions.
